Listing removed as eBay considers item counterfeit.

Hello

One of my listings was removed by eBay today.  I received an email today mentioning that one of my listing has been removed due to counterfeit rules. This item I listed is a 100% genuine item with a full paperwork  and original receipt. The email says not to relist the item as my account may be blocked or suspended. 

What are my options ?

Adding [reiterating some] to the advice already given -

Please learn all the rules to protect your account.

Now your account is flagged up you are heading for serious problems.

One listing for over £5,000 you state - “Lower payment can be accepted for BANK TRANSFERS !!!” - that's a serious policy violation, asking buyers to pay by an unsafe method is not allowed as it places the buyer in the position of being defrauded.

A listing for over £2,000 you warn buyers not to buy as you have sold the item – with the listing still live that means you have completed an off eBay deal thereby depriving eBay of their fees.

In fact taking your eBay name and the fact you have just 3 brand new items for sale totalling over £12,000 eBay will question that you are a private buyer.
