the buyers bought the bag i understand that she doesn't like it, i bought the label for the return but the label came with my wrong address it’s my old address, i had already called eBay about 5 years ago talking about my wrong address and you exchanged from the phone but it seems that it didn't work, I asked the buyer to change the address but she didn't want to change , she should have warned me that she would buy another label, I won't pay for another label, what can you do?

Is up to you to keep your Addresses Updated. There are 4 or 5 different ones. Go to the Account Drop Down Tab find Personal information and Addresses. You will then have to generate another Label through the Case. You won't be charged for the one that can't be used. You will also need to Contact Customer.support and give them the New Tracking Number.

She bought another label without tell me , I don’t want pat for more label . I asked for Shane the address and the buyer bought another label

she bought a label and already sent me, I will not pay for two labels, I had already warned her that the address was wrong that she could put my new address. she didn't want to put it on and preferred to buy another label, was it her decision I don't need to pay for another label?
