KLM Delft houses - Alcohol policy

I tried to list some KLM Delft houses ( each contains a small amount of Bols Geneva gin) but EBay alcohol policy prohibits me from doing so. However, there are many of these currently listed, which appear to be offered by private sellers who are unlikely to have the required licence(s).

Am I missing something ?

Is there an easy way to continue with the listing?? or are these sellers just ignoring the EBay policy?

There will be one outcome if you try to list them.......you will most likely be banned

Their sale would also break the rules of Gumtree, Splock, Facebook & other online selling sites

Your listing was reported  maybe the others weren't.

Do not attempt to relist, next time you be banned from ebay.

The listing was never posted - so it could not be reported. At the point of submitting the listing, an automatic pop up in red text advised me that "It looks like you are attempting to list an item which contains alcohol - this is against EBay policy."

You can't sell anything with alcohol in, unless you are authorised by ebay.

I am aware of the alcohol policy - my post questioned the number of apparently private sellers with successful listings. I found it difficult to accept that all had jumped through the required hoops.
