Item return closed

Hello,

item incorrectly listed and sent return request to seller but they declined.

Return now closed and can't reopen to qualify for eBay money back guarantee.

Help please.

Once a return request is opened and closed, it is not possible to open a money back guarantee case. If the item was not as described this is what you should have done in the first place.
