Hi,
I've purchased an item that has now been removed from eBay. I've tried the 'request a return' action in order to get hold of the seller. The seller hasn't responded and because the item is removed I cannot ask eBay to step in. I'm left going round in circles. I want to contact eBay by phone- seems impossible!
I'm left with faulty goods that I believe to be fake!
You have 180 days Buyer Protection with PayPal, as long as you Paid that way? Log in and find Resolve a problem down the left hand side. Open a Case for Item Not Received. Add in the Notes that Ebay have Removed the Listing.
Escalate the Case after 2 days but before 20 days.
