Item not as description

Hi I bought an item and when it arrived there were no inserts to the shoe ..like they had been pulled out ..so this made the trainer seem much bigger than there actual size ..the seller said he won't accept a return because there were listed as used (I have not worn them as I can't !)

but in the photos he hadn't stated that were not complete with an insole inside.
he just put no box which is ok I didn't need a box.

I feel like this even could be a fake shoe if he thinks that's how there meant to look .

Also iv had several pairs of these trainers the same model and these are nothing like what iv had in the past .

how do I resolve this ?

Oh dear how many times ....

If the item is not [in your view] as described then it's not up to the seller to say what he will - or will not - do.  It is best not to contact him for that reason.

You simply open a not as described case in the resolution centre [link below].  The seller will send a label for return [which has tracking]. On attempted delivery you will get a refund and the seller will get a fee credit.   Again do not contact the selelr but if he does not respond by sending the label escalate the case to eBay after 3 full business days.
