I have had a buyer open a claim with ebay for an item that has not arrived with them. The Royal mail website shows that they tried to deliver but nobody was home so they couldn't deliver. I have rebooked delivery for her myself as she is saying she never goes out so it couldn't be true that delivery was not possible. ebay are now holding my money. Under the rules are ebay allowed to refund the buyer from my money even though the post office tracking says they tried to deliver & couldn't? I have done everything I can to get the parcel to the seller, what else can be done?
