Item arrived stained

I recently purchased an item of clothing (which was described as used) through ebay. There was nothing to indicate that the item was stained in the description, and no visible stain in the pictures. However, when the item arrived, it has a small, but noticeable stain. The seller does not accept refunds, but as someone who does not often buy through ebay, I wanted to ask what others think about complaining about this matter? Should I leave a negative review, or is this simply the risk you take when buying second hand clothing through ebay?

I would appreciate any help before I contact the seller as I do not wish to be unreasonable, but I am disappointed.

All Sellers have to accept Returns for Items Not As Described. Use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee. Is on every Listing Page. You have 30 days from the Estimated Delivery Date. Escalate the Case to Ebay on day 9. They will issue a Returns Label and force the Refund if the Seller does not accept the Return within 8 days.

Thank you I will have a look. I did see returns for items not as described when I was looking through that part of the website, but could not find any specific guidance as to second hand clothing. It's been a long day, I must have missed it. Thank you for the help!

New or second hand its all the same, if item not as described it does not matter if its new or used

Read and use the money back guarantee.  If the item is stained it is not as described.
