I recently had an auction complete but the winning bidder did not pay, I would like to contact the person who put in the 2nd best bid and let them know the situation, can I do this?
First finalise that transaction, and get your seller fee back, that was charged the second the item sold.
If your buyer has not paid within 4 days, you can now cancel that order stating buyer has not paid, and your seller fee will be refunded, the item will be relisted unless you choose it not to relist.
