Is it still possible to add postage to a 'collection only' item after the buyer has paid BIN price?

Hi,

A buyer asked if a 'collection only' item could be posted, I looked into it and agreed it could. In order to win the item the buyer paid the 'buy it now' price. Is it now possible to add postage to the invoice? If not, how else could I collect the postage cost before shipping the item?

You should be able to send a revise invoice with postage added.    On My eBay click on More Actions > Send Payment Details, far right of item on your sold page.  Add the postage and submit (don't tick "reset" if it's there).   Or on seller hub go to Orders, select the item and select Send Invoice from the drop-down menu.  Change the postage and click on Send Invoice.

If you have any problems with that use the Send & Request tab at top of page in your Paypal account to send an invoice just for the postage.

Thanks for the help... but I can't find an option to 'send payment
details/invoice' in any of the drop down actions on the order in the
seller's hub. Could you be more specific about where to find this option or
share a screen shot?

The buyer has paid so perhaps that's why this option is no longer available?
