Hi I tried to buy an item on the 7th of July and it came up insufficient funds, I knew there was enough money in my bank to cover said item, but I checked my bank anyway and it was still there , so I tried again and it said the same again insufficient funds but this time when I checked my bank a payment for the time was pending, I have phoned my bank about this and they have gave me the information I need to give to eBay so they can contact my bank for the money to be released back to my account , but trying to get a hold of an eBay agent is like trying to find a needle in a haystack if someone can help here it would be much appreciated
