Information about scummer ID

If I want to take legal action against the scummer what kind of help I will get from eBay. According to his ID eBay must have some sort of information about that scummer. Whom do I need to pass his ID and messages? If you can please help. After bidding scummer sent me a message and told me I was second highest bidder. If I pay money to his bank he will send item with first class delivery. So I paid him 707 pounds 50 pence using online banking. Now he is not contacting for nearly a month. Please help.

As you indulged in an off eBay deal eBay won't have any interest in matters.

Legal action?

It's a very bad start to call out the member on the boards and accuse them of criminal offences.

Do as advised and talk to CAB.
