If you had followed ebay policy and bought on ebay and paid that way you would have been covered by the ebay money back guarantee
Paying by bank transfer is just like giving cash
There is nothing you can do on here
You could contact your bank and see if anything can be done there but they may say you paid willingly.
If you wat to take action then you would have to do it yourself but I cant see you winning
