Inaccessible adress

What happens to my order placed by eBay that when I check tracking states adress inaccessible, I don’t understand why this has happened it’s my husband’s work adress where I get all my orders delivered to with no problems, this happened on Saturday, will they try deliver my order again, or what happens next? Really stressed as it’s my sons Halloween costume any help appreciated. Thanks

Is it a business that is opened on a Saturday?.

If it was Royal Mail then you can collect at the delivery office or arrange another delivery free by phone.

If a courier then they usually try three times.

Yes it’s a business building was open in the morning and parcel said it tried to deliver at 7.58 when it was open don’t know if maybe they got the time wrong as that would make more sense, don’t kno who is delivering it, can’t get into it to check this, thanks for your reply

If you dont know who is delivering how did you check the tracking?

Go to your purchase history and the item listing and details should be there for you to check
You could contact the seller and ask them

I checked tracking by going into tracking order as a guest and they sent me a link, I’ve tried to do it again all morning and they saying service is temporarily unavailable

What is the latest estimated day of delivery on the listing.
Why did you have to go as a guest?.
The item should be in your Purchase history unless you actually bought it as a guest.

If you have not received your item and it is past the latest estimated day of delivery on the item description
by a few days then open a not received dispute at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre

Escalate it too ebay after 8 full days

You have 30 days from the latest estimated day of delivery on the item description to open a dispute
