If i Receive an item after refund

So im getting a refund for an item that has taken longer then expected, as well as there was no proof it was shipped and had no tracking, but i saw on my purchases it had been shipped but i was told there was no sign of it being shipped. If it still arrives what do I do??

Ask the Seller to send you a PayPal Money Request. They would need your Email Address.
