You can't.

It is against ebay policy to exchange contact info before you win item, you can both get suspended by ebay.

You win item, exchange address, go to see item in person, inspect it & if happy, pay in cash.

If not happy, ask seller to cancel.

Ebay will take it you are doing an off ebay deal

You buy the item and go and see it and if it is not as described then you and the seller should agree to cancel
