I sold two small tables back in April - the buyer paid me through eBay and collected the items the same day. Unfortunately I have yet to be paid by eBay even tghough the sellers fee has been taken from my account.
I contacted eBay on 29 June (spoke to Deepa) and I was told they could see I hadn't been paid, that it was probably a technical issue and that it would be resolved within 5 days.
I've checked my bank account and still no payment.
Please help. It's not a hell of a lot of money but it's the principle, espceially as I've been charged by eBay for the sale.
