If it was only so simple as mixing up two sales. As a seller, I've mixed up two items to two customers one in Hong Kong and the other in Italy! Both packages sent through Ebay from UK. Does Ebay have any policy for getting the two customers posting across to each other at a rewasonable price? I would obviously have to pay postage. I've been warned that postage will be prohibitively expensive in comparrison to UK to EU & Hong Kong, but I want to do the honourable thing. Any help much appreciated
It would be a breach of the GDPR for you to give either buyer the address of the other, so it will have be two returns to you.
