I think I have received fake items

I have just received 2 pair of Skechers trainers that I am sure are fake. What can I do about this and do I have to prove it. I am suspicious because I have 2 genuine pairs of these and those I received  have several differences and do not feel anything like the real thing regarding weight and fabric.

Open a case in ebay for item not as described (fake) under the ebay MBG, link on every listing.

You will receive a pre paid label from the seller to return the shoes tracked and will be refunded once the seller receives them.

You will have to open 2 cases, one for each pair of shoes, and the seller should send 2 return labels.
