I have a include a buy in now option on a listing

I have included a buy it now option on my listing. A buy says he can't complete this. When I view the listing I can't see the but in now option. Any advice on how to correct this. I have tried revising the listing but option show then.

As soon as you have a bid, BIN option disappears, you still pay the 50p fee,
