I dont want to print return e bay label !

I try to send back item. E bay dont give me chance to choice a courier. There is only Royal Mail and Collect Plus.I want send it by my courier . Second problem is,tje label I can only print is for less than 2 kg! Post office dont accept it! Parcel has more than 2 kg . Its ridiculous !!! I cant do anything . I click ACTION then CHOICE ROYAL MAIL OR COLLECT PLUS then PRINT LABEL ( wrong label ! Less than 2 kg ) and thats it !!! NO OTHER OPTION TO SEND IT BACK !!!! I dont want to print that label . I can send it by other courier but what about tracking number . There is no option to tap my own tracking number . Whats going on ????

If you want your Refund you have to use the Ebay Label. The Tracking Number is Linked to the Case. EBay know when the Item has been Delivered or Attempted Delivery back to the Seller. They then issue your Refund.

If the Label is not adequate for the weight of the Item you have to Contact Ebay from Help and Contact at the top of the Page and give them the Approximate Size and Weight. Lines open at 9.00 am.
