I can't mark an item as dispatched?

Is anyone having problems marking their sales as dispatched?  I posted some parcels this morning and although I was able to mark off some of them I can't get one in particular to 'mark as dispatched'. There seem to be a lot of glitches recently in Seller Manager Pro. I also haven't been able to reply directly to buyers' messages.  I have to copy and paste from Word. I use Google Chrome and Windows 10 and I've cleared all my caches. Can anyone shed any light on this? I'm also not being offered a call back by CS which I usually qualify for.
