I've got an on-going dispute as a buyer that the seller has agreed to refund.
The seller has asked eBay to refund and they keep saying the money is being sent but it never turns up.
How do I speak to an actual human to sort this out? It's been going on for a week now.
You have only 30 days to open a suitable formal eBay Return case from the delivery date which a Seller cannot ignore ... enter tracking details and after 3 complete days, escalate the case to eBay for a refund in full ... have you done that ? ... to and fro messages/emails will not do it !. >
