I am trying to get help for faulty garden furtniture. Discoloured very quickly and the company have it marked as out for dispatch even though I received it in March. Due to this, I can't request a refund. It cost £1000 so really hoping for a replacement or a return under the manifacturer guarantee. I don't know how to go about this as seller is blaming the manufacturer
There is nothing you can do on ebay as you had 30 days from the day of delivery.
You have 180 days on paypal if you paid that way so you may be able to open a dispute for not as described.
It is not a certainty after all this time
Does the listing say it keeps it colour?.
