How to mark an item as collected

Hi there, 

I have sold an item as collection only (payment by cash upon collection) , the buyer came to collect the item and paid. But on ebay I try to go to mark as collected and the only option it gives me in the drop down selection is scan QR code; I don't have a QR code so not sure what exactly I'm supposed to do? 

It would make life easier if ebay just included in the drop down options "confirm collected" or something to that effect.

Until very recently you could mark paid and dispatched on More action on the classic view

This has not been removed and you have to go to the Seller HUb which we are all being moved too

You will find Paid and Dispatched under Orders

Many thanks Redwick for the quick reply! I never knew about the seller hub, I followed what you suggested above and managed to find it under orders to mark picked up.

Thats good. We are all being moved to the seller hub and the classic view is being removed.
