How to contact a buyer before accepting their offer

Please tell me how I do this? It's just showing their user name not their email address

You can't Contact Buyers until they have Bid and Won the Item. Ebay don't allow Pre Sale Contact they presume you are trying to make an Off Site Deal with the Buyer.
