How to add a saved button on my seller information page

I would like to add a 'Saved Seller' button to this page locationoutlet on eBay

I can not see anywhere where this can be added.

Is it possible with my current subscription does not allow me to add this button?  I only have the Basic shop subscription.

It's already there,the heart with save beside it.
