How to Delete an item already paid and sent

I have an item which I put as buy it now or best offer. it had a start bid of £15, a buyer contacted me and offered me the starting price which i took. 
All transactions have been completed ie sent and paid for via ebay/paypal. The item however is still listed with the same person having made the high bid.
So why is it still there ?? and what do i do next?

If the item is still listed for sale then what you have done is an off ebay sale.

If you were happy to accept the bid then you should have ended the auction immediately choosing the option to sell to the highest bidder then the buyer would have paid through ebay checkout.  With the listing still active I am curious to know how the buyer was able to pay and how you got their address to post the item to.  Ebay have stopped buyers and sellers being able to exchange contact details via ebay messaging.

End the listing, selecting the option to sell to highest bidder.   Here's the link:

Or go to More Actions, far right of the item on your My eBay selling page > End Item.

After that mark as payment received and item dispatched, also via More Actions.
