There seems to be no info about complaining about a seller who breaches rules by pretending to have an item that is actually non existing, taking your money and avoiding refunds. Not helpful when ebay tell you your item isn't covered by their guarantees. How do they get reported and removed?
How do they get reported and removed?
They probably don't, because an item isn't covered by eBay's money back guarantee eBay will have no interest in any problems with it.
If you wish to tell us more about the circumstances, including how you paid and what sort of item it was we may be able to advise you whether anything can be done about it.
What did you buy that wasbt covered by money back guarantee?
What is item?
Unless it was vehicle, property or digital item, covered by MBG.
The only reason that I can think of is that the money back guarantee lasts for 30 days only and after that is not covered. If you do not open the acse until afterwards you are not covered. You may be covered by Paypal - have you tried opening a case there. Escalate after 2 days and before 20
