Purchased two items from same seller, which arrived too small and poor quality, turned out to be fakes and Ebay removed listing. So have returned items which seller has received but says can't provide refund as I escalated to Ebay as the system wouldn't allow me to enter tracking details due to them removing items. Now I'm out of pocket and pulling my hair out trying to contact Ebay for refund. Why do they make it so bl**dy difficult 😫
