You probably need to use a laptop/PC. On My eBay click on the "Deleted" link under the selling heading in the lefthand column. Select the deleted item you want to restore and then click the Undelete button.
Or on the sellers' hub in the Selling Tools box click Selling tools > Selling. Then on the lefthand side click on the arrow by "Sell" and at the bottom of the list is "Deleted". Click on that and select unsold at the top and retrieve them.
