How do I mark as collected

Can anyone tell me how I mark an item as being collected by the buyer please. It just asks for me to scan the barcode. I don't have a barcode as the buyer came to pick the item up as I didn't offer postage due to value and weight of the item. eBay won't un hold the funds for the item until either I put posted or buyer leaves a review.

 On the seller hub you go to Orders and can mark as Paid and dispatched on the drop down list.

You may still have to wait for payment as you can not put tracking on the item on your sold section
