How do I contact someone

I purchased a pair of trainers, size 11, they arrived in a box with 11 on it but trainers are size 9. Seller not responding to messages, opened a return and get told I have to pay return postage! So I closed the return and now it won't let me do anything! Seller still not responding, all I need is to message someone , ANYONE! How do I contact someone at EBAY? All I seem to do is go round in circles!

There is no point in contacting ebay 

You can only open one dispute and you opened the incorrect one. Your item was not as described and if you had opened that then you would have received your return postage label

Once closed you can not open another dispute and ebay would not let you do that.

If you paid by paypal the you may be able to open a not as described dispute

Sign up for their return postage if you can as if not then you will have to pay the return postage their

You cannot reopen the return on ebay but you can try Paypal if you used it.   First sign up to get the return postage paid:

Then open a "not as described" case here:

https://www.paypal.com/uk/disputes/

And escalate it after 2 days and before 20 days.
