WHY? Never cancel areturn unless you are fully satisfied and have received a refund. NEVER rely on Promises as once the case is closed, it cannot be re-opened and Seller will stop communicating.
ONLY if you are FULLY satisfied, go to the resolution centre, find the case and close it there.
