Hi. Anybody in the UK having problems with Hermes parcel service. I set up an item to sell- item sells & buyer pays, but when I import information to my Hermes it ALWAYS shows parcel as being <1kg & £2.75 cost. This is annoying so I have to cancel the service & manually enter the postage details & weight, I spoke to Hermes & they say the problem is with eBay! Anybody else experiencing this & is there a work round?
