You have only 30 days to open a formal  'Item not received/not as described/refund etc.' eBay case from delivery date given on the listing which a Seller cannot ignore ...  after 3 days, escalate the case to eBay and follow instructions carefully to completion ... 'to and fro' messages/emails will not do it ! >
