I just keep going around in circles, I contaced the seller after a week when I hadn't received the item. The seller has never got in touch. I reported the item not arrived, but because the seller didn't respond after a few weeks, the case was closed. So I am now left out of pocket with no item either 😞
If you opened a case with eBay it will only close in two instances, either the seller enters a tracking number to show delivery, or you did not escalate after 4 days, you did nothing, and did not escalate, so the case timed out, and closed.
You cannot open another case for this in eBay, but you can with Paypal, there do not forget to escalate after 2 days, and before 20 , for your refund.
Aaah no point contacting eBay, cases are all automated and work with the instructions placed there. If you did not escalate and let it time out, it closed. Your only route now is with Paypal.
