Beware of escrow sites, especially if suggested by a seller for buying a motor vehicle.
Escrow has all but disappeared as so many sites were associated with fraud. This not to suggest that the same applies to this escrow business, but consider the advice you have received and use your own judgement.
If it's a motor vehicle, remember that there is no buyer protection from eBay, however you pay. Claims that your payment will somehow be held until you have approved the vehicle are best assumed to be untrue.
