Hacked account payment - refund

I was hacked earlier in the week and a payment of £245 was taken from my bank account! I have contacted the seller and he said the amount has been refunded to my account but i am yet to receive a refund?

If your eBay account was hacked you need to do much more than contact the seller.

Assuming that the money was taken from your PayPal, you also need to immediately inform PP customer support that an unauthorised payment has been taken. Also, check your eBay and PayPal accounts to see whether any of your personal information has been altered.

Refunds, presumably you paid using a Debit Card will take 7 days. Why and how is the seller refunding, how do they know that you are not trying it on? 

More to the point what have you done about your hacked account, and have you worked out how it happened? Not only does it appear that your Ebay account was hacked so was Paypal and possibly your bank account.
