Goods faulty

Hi

Bought seats covers £55. 3 months in and stitching is falling apart. 

 

Returns policy from business seller is 30 days.

 

Where do I stand? As it's a business seller do I get some kind of help from eBay?

 

Seller doesn't want to know. If seller wasn't a business seller would t bother asking

You have 30 days on ebay from the day of delivery to open a not as described but theirs an paypals money back guarantees are for items that are not as descrbed when they arrive and not a warranty

If they are a business in the UK then you may have rights under UK law so contact Citizens advice for their help.

If they are overseas then there is nothing you can do.
