Goods brought for cash on collection

I have some unpaid goods in my account it shows but I have paid them cash and collected the goods.

I have been restricted from buying some times because of this what can I do ?

Your seller needs to mark the transaction as paid.

They can do this by going to their My eBay>Sold summary, and using the dropdown menu located to the right called 'More Actions' to mark the transaction as paid.
