GSP to Brazil

Hi all,

I'm having trouble making the Global Shipping Programme available to customers in Brazil (specifically, this item). The country is still listed as eligible, but the only way I can even make it appear as an option in the "change country" drop down menu is by selecting "N & S America" under "Additional delivery locations - buyers contact for costs". I haven't excluded any locations, and other South American countries such as Colombia seem to qualify for GSP shipping. What's going on here?

As using GSP is expensive for buyers, wouldn't it be easier to deal with it yourself.

As you say Brazil is not on the list of Countries that your listings say you ship to, it may be that GSP are discouraging mailing to Brazil as there may be long delays in deliveries and GSP would not wish to pay out on Not Received Claims.

Maybe the item itself is on a restriction list for import to Brazil?
