i have an order that has taken nearly a month to get to a customer in America, still not arrived yet and traking is showing very slow progress since arriving in the US. well now the customer is expecting compensation from me for the delay, to the extent of "i can't possibly leave you good feedback....give me a partial refund". I have suggested that any claim should be put against eBay and the GSP service, am i right in suggesting this? i've also suggested an "item not recieved" claim needs to be raised to speed up this compensation claim, will they be able to do this when the item has been stuck in transit for so long?
i'm a little bit gutted to be dragged across the coals by a customer who seems to be a seller on eBay too.
You have to careful or you will lose money.
If buyer opens case, all you need to do is state item was GSP & upload tracking showing delivered to UK GSP centre,
you are not liable for delays after that, if buyer leaves bad feedback for delay, ebay should remove it if you report it.
