Fraudulent account

Hi

I have an account to report where they are faking PayPal payment email and wanting item posted though no monies in PayPal account. The account states US but their postal address for the item is London.  Where can I report this?

You are on Managed Payments. Payments go through Ebay into your Bank Account. As a New Seller your Funds will be on a 21 day Hold. Will be Released earlier if you add the Tracking Number into Dispatch. 

You won't be able to Sell outside the UK until you are an established Seller. You must Post the Lap Top through Royal Mail Special delivery to be fully covered against Loss or Damage in Transit. No good use Packlink. Couriers leave Packages on Door Steps. They get Stolen. You would have to Fully Refund your Buyer. You wouldn't receive any Compensation from Packlink.

You have not sold the item. A buyer has to buy it on ebay and then pay.

Are the messages coming through ebay?.

If not then how did they get your email address.

Have you exchanged any contact details with them as it is against ebay policy

There is no way to report them if they have not bought the item.

It is up to you to do what you have done and check your paypal account

If you are on managed payments then the money would not be there as ebay take payment and then send you a message to say the item has been paid and it is safe to send
