Hi

I had to  refund an item and p&p as the buyer said they had not received the item. When will I see see a fee credit on my account?

Check your Seller Account - Invoices. From the Account Drop Down Tab.

Unless the buyer opened a Not Received Case and you refunded through the case, you will not get the fee refunded.

How did you manage to refund.?

I see you are or were not on Managed payments, so assume you refunded through Paypal BUT it still has to be done through an Ebay case.
