Feedback - unable to leave for seller after a case but can't delete?

Hope someone can help?

I have requests by ebay to leave feedback for items purchased that have not been delivered.

They have been resolved with cases and refund resolution.

ebay chasing me with email to leave feedback.... but when I do it will allow me to complete te feedback score and comment but then will not accept. Can't delete either?

Anyone any advice on how I can get rid so a clear feedback profile???

Ebay aren't chasing you to Leave Feedback. Is the Bots issuing Standard Reminders.

But my question is what can I do - as can't leave the feedback or delete
the prompt 🤔 ?
