Faulty chainsaw,

Hi, a company sent me a faulty chainsaw, then they said they would send a replacement one but it did not arrive, then they said they would refund me and that has not happened either. Now the complaint timeline is out and I cant contact Ebay, who has all our emails etc, to get the money back. This company is treating be so poorly especially as they said they cared about coustomer care, Anybody know these guys and how I can get my money back? or how do I get Ebay to help me?

By "the complaint timeline is out" I take it you mean it's beyond the 30 day time limit for eBay's money back gurantee? It would help to give actual dates when asking questions.

Unlike eBay, PayPal requires the buyer to pay for the return postage, unless you first register for their (free) "Return shipping on us" service, see: https://www.paypal.com/uk/webapps/mpp/refunded-returns
