Extra line inserted into delivery address

Hi,

I have recently noticed an extra line being inserted into my delivery address, as shown in this scan of an address label ...

My delivery address defined in settings does not include this line and I am concerned that it's inclusion may confuse the postal system. Can anyone explain what this is and how to remove it ?

it is nothing to worry about

Ebay put it on.

As longs you have your address and postcode it makes no difference

you will get your item

There is an announcement about it at the bottom of the page or under Announcements on the seller hub

Thanks for your speedy reply. Unfortunately some of my purchases (2 in the last 2 months) are getting 'lost' in the postal system so I'm trying to identify any potential problems.

The part in the address has nothing to do with lost items. If an item does not arrive then you open a not received dispute one or two days after then latest estimated day of delivery and escalate after days to get your money back. Buyers are well covered with the ebay money back guarantee
