I can see that your account is registered in Zambia.
Go back to the listing and double check that the Seller will post to your Country, they may not and this could be why you are getting this error at checkout.
OR you may have to log back into your home Ebay site (as you are currently posting on the Ebay UK boards) or Ebay.com and ask on their discussion boards why you are getting this message.
If you still cannot work out why then once on your home site you may be able to phone Ebay Customer services through the help and contact tab (usually at the top of the page) to try and resolve this issue.
