Ebay shaows recently viewed items that are not mine.

I opened ebay recently and got a different account to mine. I use lastpass to sign in to my account so I can only assume an error at eBays' end. I eventually managed to log in to my own account and have changed password, recovery questions and turned on two factor authentication. Despite this, I am getting recently viewed items showing that are nothing to do with me, and seem to come from all over the world. Is there a way to actually contact ebay to make them aware of this?

Lastpass password generator ? ... Why ?? > > Log out, restart, ignore any alternative login options and sign in again normally with your usual Username or (email address) and Password to see if you can retrieve your old account/s ?.

It is also reported that logging into eBay accounts using the alternative Facebook/Apple/Google options often opens a New account with missing or erroneous account activity details.

Is anyone else using the same connected device to use a different eBay account?

This is the usual cause of "crossover" of data between the two accounts. It happens because data held in the browser cache from one account is mistakenly retrieved when the second account is opened.

If this is the cause, the answer is simple: to clear the browser cache and cookies before logging in to eBay.
